Digital Music Downloads

All sales of digital music downloads are final.
Due to the nature of digital content, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once a download has been completed. Please ensure you review your order before completing your purchase.

 

Limited-Run Merchandise

Our limited-run merchandise is made in small batches and often produced on a one-time basis. As such, we do not accept returns or exchanges for these items.

However, if you receive the wrong item, we sincerely apologize for the error. In such cases, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will issue a full refund.

To be eligible for a refund:

• You must contact us at grimehousexrecords@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item received.

• Once your request is approved, your refund will be processed within 24–48 hours.
